What NetShow Alive is.
The honest version.
Most AI on the web is a text box. It works, it answers, and nobody remembers it. This page is what NetShow Alive actually is, what you get, what is running today, and what is still switched off — with a source behind every claim.
It is the expressive avatar layer for AI agents.
It gives an AI a face, a body and a personality. That is the product, and the live front door says it in five words: “Give every AI a face, a body, and a personality.”
It is not the AI’s brain. It does not replace the model that thinks up the answers. It is the presence layer — the part that turns “an AI that replies” into “a character your customer talks to.”
It is not video. Competing avatar products stream photorealistic video from a server and bill you for every minute. Alive draws the character live inside each visitor’s own browser instead — a live animated character “without requiring a continuous photorealistic video stream.” Almost everything else on this page follows from that one engineering decision.
A character, a studio, one portable file, and a way to wear it.
Five first-class types
SVG · ASCII · Sketch Line · Hybrid · Kinetic Typography. Genuinely different engines — a drawn face, a text-art face, a line sketch, a photo-based face, and a typographic one — not five colour schemes of the same face.
Somewhere to make it
A guided Create studio, plus a stage where you can watch all five types answer the same agent side by side.
your-name.alive.json
One click seals your character into a single portable file. It is the deliverable — you keep it, move it, or hand it to someone else.
- Self-contained — a photo-based Hybrid carries its own base image inside it, so there is nothing else to ship.
- Sealed — a sha-256 fingerprint is taken over the contents, and a file whose fingerprint does not match what it claims is refused whole rather than half-loaded.
- Capped at 20 MB.
- Wearable anywhere — any
<netshow-alive>tag can wear it, and it is the file the open marketplace lists.
One honest limit on that seal, which we checked in the code. The check catches a sealed file that has been altered. A file that declares no fingerprint at all is accepted rather than refused — the code calls that outcome “accept-with-honesty”, and reports it as unverified rather than showing a green tick it cannot justify.
No meter on the avatar. Flat plans for the platform.
What you pay for is what you already own: your model’s tokens and your voice provider’s audio, billed by them, to you, on your keys. Studios, exports and the built-in local agent cost nothing to try — no account, no meter.
The plans
Read from config/pricing.php — the one file the checkout at claude.netshow.ai/plans charges from, so the price on the page is the price on the card.
| Plan | Price | In its own words |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 free forever | “Start exploring AI agents.” |
| Starter | $9 / month · $89 / year | “Your first serious agent.” |
| Creator | $29 / month · $289 / year | “Build your brand with AI.” |
| Professional | $79 / month · $789 / year | “AI-powered business operations.” |
| Business | $149 / month · $1,489 / year | “Scale your agent workforce.” |
| Enterprise | Custom | Scoped with our team |
There is one checkout, and it is not here. Plans are bought on the NetShow plans page at claude.netshow.ai/plans, which reads the same config/pricing.php the table above is read from. Alive does not run a second checkout with a second price list.
A different NetShow price list exists — it is not this one. The wider NetShow platform has a separate 20-product catalogue whose own configuration records that it carries “synthetic price_netshow_* ids and prices never ratified against Stripe.” The plans above are the ratified NetShow plan prices. If you are shown a NetShow price that is not one of them, check it before relying on it.
Live, built-but-dark, seeded, and not-yet-built.
We would rather write this down than let you find it by clicking something that does nothing.
You can visit and use it now
The NetShow Alive site, its documentation and guide; the Create studio, pricing page and meet-the-agents gallery; the public agent marketplace browse; and the off-origin embed program. Each returned HTTP 200 on a direct request on 2026-08-10.
“Live” here means reachable, not launched. 40 of the 42 top-level pages carry a
noindex, nofollow tag telling search engines not to list them — a working
preview, deliberately kept out of search results.
Two real outside domains already carry one
Two genuine outside business websites run a working NetShow Alive agent with working text conversation. Thirteen business tenants exist as agents in the live database, each with a profile, an instruction set and a sealed manifest.
A lot of expression is waiting on a decision
Body movement, the clip layer, motion identity and lip-sync are fully built and served, and deliberately switched off behind flags pending sign-off. Not missing, not broken — waiting.
The businesses are not on display yet
All fourteen exported records read deployment.status: draft. Eleven of the
thirteen tenants are queued for the public shelf; two are lane-test fixtures deliberately
held back, because “test fixtures are not inventory.”
Answers grounded in your own documents
The part that would make answers provably quoted from your material was long the biggest unfinished piece — the status report calls it “still the biggest unstarted lever.” It has since been built and evaluated, but as an unmerged proposal that is off by default. So today your agent’s answers are generated, not quoted. Trust & truth explains exactly what that means, with the evaluation numbers.
Two honest lists.
- You already have an AI that answers questions, and you want it to have a face people remember.
- You run a website where visitors leave without asking their question.
- You want a character you own as a file — not a subscription to someone else’s rendering farm.
- You need a photorealistic video human.
- You need answers provably quoted from your own documents today.
- You need a full-body 3D character on your own domain — explicitly out of scope in the current embed version.
