Add a character

  1. Put the portrait on the server (e.g. ~/inbox/drops/). Frontal head-and-shoulders, good light, closed or neutral mouth works best.
  2. Run the factory (or just ask Fable to run it for you):
node tools/character-factory.mjs --image ~/inbox/drops/YOUR-FACE.jpg --name "Zoe"
  1. ~4 minutes and ~$0.50 later the character is in the Lab — mouth, blink, and three idle-life poses, aligned and registered. Runtime cost stays $0/min.
  2. If the mouth/eye boxes need a nudge, use the region helper below on your image, then re-run with the printed --mouth/--eyes values (or edit the character's manifest.json).
