Every .alive.json in /alive-site/packages/,
honestly cataloged: 12 packages, 12 seals verified, zero malformed. Each card's
numbers are measured, not asserted. Scope, disclosed: the estate holds 48 sealed
byte-distinct packages docroot-wide (48/48 parse-valid, measured 2026-08-04 by the
studio-index lane); this rack curates the 12 that live in /alive-site/packages/ —
the other 36 are not yet racked here. Rack expansion is a separate evidence lane, not
this page’s claim.
